HEALING HERBS: Lipstick bush a protector
“Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you’, and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what shall I tell them?” God said to Moses, “I am who i am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am has sent me to you.” – Exodus 3:13-14
TURBULENCE. That is the only expression that comes to mind when I get that particular feeling inside. How can I share this feeling with others?
Each time I look around all I am feeling is turbulence. This turbulence is causing many people to “awake” from the comatose state which have kept us frozen in time. Incidentally, when severe turbulence awoke me from my comatose state, I wanted to know who I am.
Why do we need to become acquainted with the great ‘I am’? We need to become acquainted with Him because it motivates us to fulfil our purpose.
I have acknowledged that possessing four cars, being promoted, owning two houses, gaining first-class honours and banking lots of money cannot maintain my happiness. Over the years what makes me happy is peace of mind and freedom. Therefore, to remember who we are, we must go on a solemn quest of discovery by asking ourselves from deep down within: Who am I? Have a pencil and paper to record the remarkable answers as they surface in your consciousness.
A special plant to compliment this exercise is Rivina humilis. It also known as cat’s blood, fertility bush, lipstick bush, period pain bush, bloodberry, rouge plant, coralita, dog blood, pigeon berry or baby peppers – a silent doctor I cherish.
The webpage islandherbsandspices.com states: “In Jamaica this herb is used for cleaning of blocked tubes, infertility or any womb-related problems. The herb is also used for menstruation flow problems.” It adds: “The herb Rivina humilis is boiled and drunk as a tea three times daily for problems with infertility and other womb-related problems.”
It can also treat cancer, diarrhoea, jaundice, wounds, headaches, bruises, inflammation, alleviate dysentery and amenorrhoea (the absence of menstrual periods in a woman during her reproductive years).
Finally, looking through my special window and meditating on this fallopian tube and fertility silent doctor, I have no choice but to refer to it as a woman’s greatest friend and protector. I implore you to consciously communicate with the ‘I am’ spirit.
Today, I presented cat’s blood which was preceded by cat’s whiskers, cat’s tail and cat’s claw. Next week, I am staying with the cats.
