AN EXCHANGE OF WORDS over a flock of sheep ended with four men before the District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Tevin Ian Brandon Foo, a 21-year-old student; Reco Romario Shaquille Spratt, a 21-year-old labourer; Jalani Racardo Price, 19, and Dean James Whitney, 17, all of 2nd Avenue, Bibby’s Lane, St Michael, pleaded guilty to using unlawful violence towards Lemare Gibbs, and that their conduct would cause a person of reasonable firmness to fear for their and Gibbs’ safety.

Prosecutor Station Sergeant Rudy Pilgrim told the court that Gibbs was the cousin of brothers Foo and Price.

Gibbs lived in the same area as the four and on December 15 he saw Foo walking along the road and looking in his direction. (TKS)
