A HIGH COURT JUDGE today dismissed application in a case filed by police officers relating to their non-promotion under the reign of Commissioner Darwin Dottin.

Madam Justice Margaret Reifer in her ruling said there was no wrongdoing on part of the Commissioner of Police or Attorney General.

However, attorney at Law Ralph Thorne QC who spoke on behalf of his clients, said the decision, which came two days before Christmas, denied them justice and rights.

The case was brought against the Commissioner Of Police, the Attorney General and Police Service Commission.

Fifteen officers were originally involved in the suit, but one had withdrawn prior to the ruling. (TKS)
