Family loses two in less than 24 hours

THE HOLIDAY SEASON has been a cruel one for a Christ Church family.

Doreen Louis-Prescott lost her brother Julius Joseph on Wednesday when he was found dead in his Vine Street, St Michael home and less than 24 hours later she got the crushing news that her 25-year-old son Daniel Louis had also died.

Louis was driving his beloved Toyota Tercel on Wednesday night when he died after a collision with a van driven by 50-year-old Kenneth Springer of Lowlands, Christ Church.

The fatal crash occurred along the Graeme Hall section of the ABC Highway around 9:15 p.m. and Louis died after being rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.  (TSG)
