Customer service training for immigration officers

IMMIGRATION OFFICERS WILL be among frontline personnel attending a training workshop in customer service from Monday, January 9, to Friday, January 13.

The workshop, which is being coordinated by Compete Caribbean, will be conducted by immigration consultant, William Yates.

It targets frontline personnel who interact daily with visitors at Barbados’ ports of entry. Other participants will be drawn from the Customs and Excise Department, the Barbados Tourism Product Authority and the Grantley Adams International Airport. (BGIS)
