BARBADOS’ best players will grace the field tonight to mark the return of top-flight football to the National Stadium after a two-year break with an interesting Digicel Premier League triple header.
Nine-time champions Claytons Kola Tonic Notre Dame will get the ball rolling at 4 p.m. when they oppose five-time winners Barbados Defence Force Sports Programme (BDFSP).
Defending champions UWI clash with a rebuilding Brittons Hill at 6 p.m., while knockout kings and 14-time top-flight champions Weymouth Wales, boosted by Barbados strikers Romario Harewood and Arantees Lawrence, take on the star-studded Rendezvous at 8 p.m.
The Dames, who will have either Mario Albert or Tazeio Riley in goal, have benefited from the acquisition of several young players. Â (EZS)
