‘Boo’ Husbands passes

BARBADOS’ ENTERTAINMENT FRATERNITY has lost one of its talents. 

Barbadians awoke this morning to news of the passing of musician and tent manager Adrian “Boo” Husbands. 

There was a flood of tributes on social media as people offered condolences and shared memories. 

Among them was Barbados Labour Party Member of Parliament and attorney Santia Bradshaw. 

“Oh my we have lost a big one. A true example of one who loved what he did. There are some giants I would rather leave behind in this business and Adrian Boo Husbands is one of them. Condolences to his family and to the entire music fraternity whose life he impacted,” she posted on Facebook. 

Artiste David Davis wrote: “I know the band in heaven will sound even sweeter with Mr Adrian Boo Husbands as the band leader and if duh eva mek de mistake and tell him to MC de whole uh heaven brek down! RIP my friend.. I will never forget our conversations, you will continue to be an inspiration to me.  

Husbands leaves to mourn his wife Anthea and son Kyle. (NB)
