Police name man killed this morning as investigations continue

POLICE ARE CONTINUING their investigations into the unnatural death of Andrew Antonio King, 25, of Military Road, Bush Hall, St Michael.

According to police, King and two other men from St James, ages 30 and 32 years, were at Lascelles Road, St James (near Limegrove) standing and talking when they were approached by two men who proceeded to shoot at them.

King received multiple gunshots to his body and died at the scene.

The 30-year-old received gunshot injuries to both legs, while the 32-year-old man received gunshot injuries to his hip and wrist.

Both men were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where they are receiving medical attention. They are listed as stable.
