Plea for Govt to intervene
SINCE ANDERSON JOSEPH was struck and killed by a vehicle in Westmoreland, St James recently, resident Sandra Clinton has seen at least five more accidents in that same area.
Emotionally frustrated and mentally and physically fatigued, Clinton said the time had come for Government to intervene and prevent more lives from being lost at the dangerous intersection.
“I suffer with bare trauma now because there are too many accidents,” Clinton said as she spoke from her Highway 2A, Westmoreland home yesterday.
“You know how many times, three o’ clock on a morning, I had to run out my bed?” she questioned. (AD)
