Police vehicle involved in accident

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING an accident that occurred around 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, along Weston Road, St James involving a police van.

The van was driven by 33-year-old Ryan Eversley, a police constable assigned to the northern division.

Eversley complained of pain to his hand and abdomen, and was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance, where he was treated and discharged. (PR)
