ALL SEEMS SET for the start of second cricket Test in the Brighto Paints Q Mobile Cup between West Indies and Pakistan after there was minimal damage to the outfield at Kensington Oval following Friday’s night Vintage Reggae Show And Dance.

The show was staged less than 48 hours before today’s start of the Test and as a result, there was a massive clean-up job from as early as 5 a.m. yesterday.

It began with the dismantling of the large stage which had been erected on the outfield behind the pitch at the Joel Garner End, facing the 3Ws Stand.

The show, which featured several Jamaican reggae artistes, was plagued by sound problems, and ended more than an hour later than originally scheduled.
