MORE THAN 60 competitors will try to beat the clock as they take on the obstacle course at the upcoming Barbados Ninja Throwdown.

At the press launch at Featherbed Lane, St John, on Wednesday, organiser Delano Hinds said the competition, which was now in its second year, promised to be even bigger and better this time around.

“We are extremely pleased to be able to bring this sporting spectacle to Barbados and, from the response last year, we anticipate an even bigger and better event this year,” said Hinds, who conceptualised the staging of the competition after competing in the American Ninja Warrior competition.
