Tragic life ends
MARVIN MARCUS VICTOR’S life took one tragic turn after the next until this month, when he succumbed to injuries sustained in a drive-by shooting.
In 2015, the 30-year-old, who grew up in a children’s home after his father killed his mother, miraculously survived having three shots pumped into him along Wharf Road, The City, after leaving a fete aboard the Jolly Roger.
However, on Thursday, one week after a group of men pulled up in a car on a St George road and opened fire on the car he was in, Victor succumbed to multiple gunshots injuries at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he had been taken on May 3.
He had spent his life in and out of court graduating from misdemeanours to felonies that seemed to put him beyond redemption as he wasted the leniency extended to him by judicial officers. (AC/RB)
