LEE KNIGHT is king of this year’s Barbados Ninja Throwdown.

The 23-year-old utilised strength, speed, technique and agility to conquer the seemingly insurmountable eight-obstacle course at Featherbed Lane, St John, on Saturday and completed the full course in just three minutes, 11.16 seconds.

Knight, who also competed in last year’s inaugural event, was quick but light on his feet while on the Cattlewash Stepping Stones for a smooth transition over to the Green Monkey Monkey Bars before he took on the Garrison Spider wall which he completed with about 26 seconds on the clock.

The BDF Batons were one of the big challenges for the night with the majority of the contestants slipping while attempting that obstacle. (RG)
