IT WAS MINISTER of Finance Chris Sinckler’s big day again yesterday as he delivered the much-anticipated Financial Statement And Budgetary Proposals.
But before he strode up the stairs of Parliament, he met a little guest in the form of four-year-old Jessica Rose-Jacobs, of Government Hill Nursery School.
She had been tasked with pinning the customary boutonniere on the minister, but the location was just a little out of her reach and the job was eventually done by Sinckler’s daughter Tatiana King.
