ON THE DAY AFTER Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler presented the 2017 Financial Statement and Budgetary Proposals, it was Opposition Leader Mia Mottley’s turn to reply.

And she did so buoyed by the cheers of scores of Barbados Labour Party (BLP) members and the support of the entire team of candidates being fielded by the Bees in the next general elections. (GC)
