RIVALDO CLARKE STARRED with both bat and ball to inspire Barbados’ second successive victory in the Cricket West Indies Under-15 Tournament over Leeward Islands by 35 runs at the Three Ws Oval yesterday.

Barbados were invited to bat by the Leewards and posted 192 for seven in 50 overs before dismissing Leewards for 157 in 44 overs.

Clarke, the mainstay of Barbados’ innings, notched 76 from 114 balls including eight boundaries and returned figures of six for 28 in seven overs when Leewards batted. The diminutive St Leonard’s Boys right-hander, who was given a life at 30, registered his half-century off 99 balls with four boundaries.
