THE PUBLIC IS advised that the Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) has temporarily relocated its Customer Service Department at the Treasury Building to the fourth floor, to facilitate renovation works being carried out on the ground floor.

Communications manager Carolyn Williams-Gayle said that the renovations formed part of the Authority’s overall plans to enhance service delivery.

“This section is the first point of contact for many people and these renovation works are part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to improve service delivery. We have undertaken renovations at our offices in Holetown, The Pine and some at the Treasury Building, and now we are continuing those works with the ground floor renovation,” she explained.

Williams-Gayle said that it was expected that once the renovation was completed, the section would be “more comfortable, visually appealing and the flow of customers through the department significantly enhanced”. (BRA/BGIS)
