Park and ride for Carifesta opening ceremony

PERSONS ATTENDING THE CARIFESTA XIII Opening Ceremony today, Sunday, August 20, are asked to note that there will be a park and ride system from the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium, Wildey, St Michael; and Queen’s College, Husbands, St James.

These sites will open from 2:30 p.m., with the last bus leaving the two locations at 6 p.m. for Kensington Oval.

After the ceremony, the first bus will leave Kensington Oval at 8 p.m. and the last bus at 9:30 p.m.

The cost for the two-way journey is $7.00. (BGIS)
