UPDATE: Man remanded on assault charge

DARIO ARLINGTON HOLLINGSWORTH was remanded to prison on the indictable charge of assault with intent to rob when he appeared before Magistrate Elwood Watts in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court today.

The 23-year-old of #42 Golden Rock, Pine, St Michael is scheduled to reappear before the same court on September 21.

He is also scheduled to appear before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on August 30 to answer charges of aggravated burglary, robbery and burglary.

The offences allegedly occurred in Christ Church between August 6 and 12, 2017. (PR/NB)
