BARBADOS’ MURDER SPREE continued last night with the gruesome slaying of two young St Philip men.
After a hail of bullets rang out just after 8:30 p.m., the blood of the young men was spilled onto a stretch of road at Marley Vale that runs past an abandoned minimart previously known as Ralphies.
When the gunfire ceased, Renaldo Gittens, 23, who just celebrated his birthday, and Reco Burgess, 21, both from East Point in the same parish, lay dead.
It was reported that Reco’s brother Dwayne Burgess had suffered a similar fate two years ago. (JS)
