ST JOHN’S – LIAT wishes to advise passengers that due to the passage of Hurricanes Irma and Jose, that several destinations have been affected.
LIAT has commenced operation of some of its scheduled flights within the affected area of the network. Passengers should expect delays on flight services this afternoon as we work to normalise our schedule.
The following flights have been reinstated to operate on Saturday September 9, 2017:
LI 309 from St Lucia to Trinidad
LI 523 from Antigua to Dominica
LI 523 from Dominica to Barbados
LI 524 from Barbados to Dominica
LI 524 from Dominica to Antigua
LI 512 from Barbados to Antigua
Please note passengers who have been affected will be allowed to rebook until September 18. Passengers with travel dates from September 8 to 10 will have change fees and fare differences waived.
Passengers who make changes after the September 18 will be subject to all change fees and applicable fare differences.

Please note the Call Centre will be open until 5 p.m. on Saturday September 9. The Call Centre will be open on Sunday September 10 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. LIAT also wishes to advise that passengers who decide to travel but are unable to complete their journey due to disruption caused by weather conditions, will not be provided with meals, transportation and hotel accommodation.
Passengers with onward connections are advised to contact the respective regional and international carriers.
Passengers who have booked with travel agencies are asked to contact their travel agents for changes to their booking. LIAT will issue further updates and advisories via its website (www.liat.com) and social media platforms.
LIAT regrets any inconvenience caused by the delays/cancellations as a result of the passage of these hurricanes.
