Coming on the heels of the destructive passing of Hurricane Irma, Starcom Network, Nation Publishing and the Rotary Clubs of Barbados have partnered to raise funds for the Caribbean islands battered by the category 5 Hurricane Irma last week.

Under the relief campaign titled We Care: One People. One Caribbean, residents of Barbados and across the globe can make financial contributions to aid people in each of the ravaged islands.

Tomorrow, Starcom Network will be hosting an interactive radiothon event across the stations HOTT 95.3FM, VOB 92.9FM, LIFE 97.5FM and The Beat 104.1FM. From 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Starcom radio personalities and guests will be on air shedding light on the conditions which currently exist in hurricane-ravaged islands and engaging with potential donors.

The Rotary Clubs of Barbados will distribute the financial contributions through Rotary Clubs located in each of the affected islands. (PR)
