WHAT IS THE PROCESS for having old vehicles removed from the side of the road?
Do you contact the Ministry of Health (MOH)? The Environmental Health Department within that ministry? The Environmental Protection Department (EPD)? The Sanitation Service Authority (SSA)? Scrap Man Metal? All of the above or none?
This is the predicament the SATURDAY SUN found itself in while trying to get help for the residents of 2nd Avenue, Arthur Land, Tweedside Road, St Michael.
For the past five years or so, residents have endured an old, rusted and broken down truck partially blocking the road. It was so old, bush had sprung up around the deflated tyres. (CA)
