Self-help debushing

Date:

Share post:

They were tired of waiting on a debushing team to visit their area.

And when a Transport Board bus suffered a broken mirror as a result of the overhanging branches on Saturday, Foster Hall, St John residents Lionel Holder and Julian Lorde took matters into their own hands.

They and two other men brought out their cutlasses and cut back the trees that had all but reduced the blind corner to one lane.

And now all they are asking is for someone to help them remove the remaining debris. (HLE)
