Time change for parade rehearsal on Thursday

Representatives of the armed and unarmed units participating in this year’s Independence Day Parade are asked to note that the full rehearsal scheduled for this Thursday, November 23, will now begin at 5 p.m. at the Garrison Savannah. (BGIS)
