The once popular entertainment venue Plantation Restaurant And Garden Theatre is no more. The building was demolished late last year to make way for a multimillion-dollar gated condominium complex which will be called Harmony Hall Green.

Owner and veteran businessman Tony Hoyos told the Sunday Sun that 48 luxury units would be constructed at the St Lawrence, Christ Church location, at a cost of $28 million.

Excavation is already under way.

Hoyos said he was excited to develop Harmony Hall Green at such a prime location, having already had success with the Clermont Green, St James, St Lawrence Beach Condos and more recently, Boarded Hall Green, St George.

He said to date he had only done soft marketing, but already had reservations and expressions of interest in some of the units. Advertising will soon kick off in the Press and on social media, and a website had already been developed to provide extensive information on the project. (MB)
