BWA workers take industrial action

Workers at the Barbados Water Authority downed tools this morning at the state agency’s headquarters in the Pine, St Michael.

According to reports, the industrial action was over unpaid increments. 

Following a meeting with management, workers are reportedly set to return to work, pending further meetings on the issue. (DB)
