The Barbados Labour Party says it has received hundreds of compliants from voters about irregularities on the voters’ list.
This was revealed during a Press conference at the party’s headquarters this afternoon.
Mobilisation manager Lucille Moe, chairman Dr Jerome Walcott and Noel Lynch were the spokespeople.
They said some people were still listed at their old addresses even though they had completed transfer forms, in some cases as many as ten years ago.
The problem was said to have occurred in every constituency,
The BLP said a letter had been sent to the Electoral and Boundaries Commission aimed at securing a meeting this weekend and having the matter rectified urgently. (MB)
