Traffic arrangements for swearing-in ceremony

As a result of the swearing-in ceremony of members of Cabinet tomorrow, Sunday, May 27, Highway 7, from its junction with Garrison Road to its junction with Beckles Road, St Michael, will be closed to traffic between 1 and 7 p.m. 

Inbound traffic to the City will turn right at Garrison Road and proceed to Dalkeith Road and on to Beckles Road, where it will continue on to Bay Street. From Bridgetown, traffic will turn left at Beckles Road, proceed along Dalkeith Road, and turn right on to Garrison Road, where it will rejoin Highway 7.

People who reside and work in the area will be allowed access.

Members of the public are urged to comply with the instructions of police officers on duty. (BGIS)
