Police are investigating an accident which resulted in the death of one man.
The accident occurred about 3:10 p.m. today along Westbury Main Road, St Michael. Involved was a motorcycle owned and driven by Ridge Hollingsworth, 26, of Parish Land, Christ Church and pedestrian Decourcey Gulston of Westbury Road.
The two became involved in an accident near the junction with Rihanna Drive.
Hollingsworth complained of pain to his right knee and right elbow. Gulston was incoherent at the scene and transported to the Accident & Emergency Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Medical personnel informed the Police that Gulston had succumbed to his injuries about 9:40 p.m.
