Nightmare end to party cruise

It will not be a memory dozens of partygoers would want to recall as they disembarked from the MV Dream Chaser after a night of fun and frolic at the Déjà Vu cruise Friday morning.

It was around 2:30 a.m. that the morning turned into black Friday for the family of 26-year-old Donason Husbands after they received the news of his murder.

Husbands, who lives at Fairfield, Black Rock, St Michael, received multiple gunshot wounds about the body after stepping off the boat. 

He was discovered gasping for breath on the ground, while Adrian Sealy, a friend from the Bajan Boyz, a fete promotion group, was left nursing a gunshot wound to the left thigh. Both men were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where Husbands was pronounced dead. (RA)
