Man on bail for trespassing, assault

Marlon Markland Gordon, 48, of #81 Mahogany Lane, Glen Acres, Farm Road, St George appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Ian Weeks at the District ‘D’ Magistrates Court on today.

He was charged with one count of trespassing, three counts of assault, and one count of criminal damage.

He pleaded not guilty to all of the offences. His cases were adjourned, and he will reappear in court on August 8, for those matters to be heard.

He was granted bail under the following conditions:

• He is restricted to stay at least 100 yards away from the three complainants in these matters and their respective residences.

• He is on a daily curfew from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

• He must surrender his passport.

• He must report for bail three times a week at the District ‘B’ Police Station.

Gordon is to appear in court tomorrow to answer to a Protection Order that was applied for previously by the Crown. (PR)
