Government survey to determine best payment methods

Share post:

The Office of Public Sector Reform (OPSR), through the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Smart Technology, wants members of the public to identify the payment options they prefer when doing business with Government, by taking a short online survey.

This is part of an Online Payments Strategy which is being developed to improve the ease of doing business with Government departments and entities. It is expected to transform the way Government facilitates payments made by individuals and businesses for a wide range of activities and services.

In order to achieve this goal, the OPSR is asking individuals to take a short questionnaire comprising eight questions, which will take approximately three minutes to complete.

The feedback provided will help Government to design a more customer-centric strategy. The survey is anonymous and may be accessed by clicking on the Citizens Online Payment Survey icon on the homepage of the Barbados Government Information Service’s website www.gisbarbados.gov.bb. (BGIS)
