Along with those four charges in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court Simon Emmanuel Gabriel, 42, of no fixed place of abode, is facing five similar counts in the District “C” jurisdiction.

He admitted entering Kensington Court and stealing a $100 brief case belonging to H Jason Jones.

Prosecutor Station Sergeant Carrison Henry told the court Gabriel went into the establishment on Fontabelle looking around before making off with the brief case that he dropped when workers chased him. Patrolling police were in time to arrest him.

Gabriel also admitted entering the Unique High School as a trespasser and stealing two knives, a chicken, five soft drinks, some biscuits and popcorn and $10, all worth $138, on January 24. (RA)
