Low reservoir levels affecting some St Michael and Christ Church districts

The Barbados Water Authority has released a statement advising the public that low reservoir levels are affecting the Fort George Reservoir.

The low levels have resulted in water outages or low pressure in several areas.

Affected area in St Michael are Kent, Upton, Fort George Heights, Wildey, Clapham, Highgate Gardens, Upper Collymore Rock, Flagstaff, Pine and surrounding areas.

The areas in Christ Church that are affected are Vauxhall, Warners Park, Sargeant’s Village and surrounding districts.

Water tankers have been dispatched to assist those in the affected areas. (PR)
