Barbadians flocked to the cinema yesterday to watch the Avengers series for the final time on the big screen.

Avengers: Endgame is the culmination of a decade of Marvel movie magic, ending the storylines of many of the heroes who have captivated movie audiences for years. After Endgame wraps up, characters such as Captain America, Iron Man and Thor might no longer be seen on screen, at least not as central characters.

Endgame opened at Olympus Theatres in Sheraton Mall, Christ Church yesterday with a special show schedule, almost taking over the theatre with multiple shows a day on various screens.

Also showing the PG13-rated movie was the Globe Drive-In and Limegrove Cinemas. (CA)
