Leacock charged with murder

Police in the Southern Division have arrested and charged 42-year-old Patrick Nathaniel Leacock alias “Pockets”, of Carmichael Tenantry, St George with the Tuesday, April 23 murder of 39-year-old Zanaba Moore formerly of #19 Frere Pilgrim South, Christ Church.

Leacock appeared before Magistrate Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell at the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court, Eric Holder Municipal Complex, Tamarind Hall, St Joseph yesterday, where he was not required to plead.

He was remanded to HMP Dodds and is scheduled to reappear at District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 23. (PR)
