Stabbing death rocks family
The stabbing death of Anthony “Unga” Nurse has his mother, relatives and close friends in shock.
The 27-year-old was involved in an incident outside his home in Stratford Hill, The Pine, St Michael, on Monday evening.
On Tuesday, the community was rallying around his grieving mother Cathyann Nurse, who was too distraught to speak to the media.
One of those visiting her was former Barbados Labour Party parliamentarian for St Michael South East, Delisle Bradshaw. He said he and the Nurse family shared a long history and it was his duty to help comfort Cathyann at this time. (SB)
