Update: Police probe Leon’s death

Police are continuing investigations into a shooting incident at 3rd Avenue Manning Land, Bank Hall, St Michael which claimed the life of Akem Leon.

On Tuesday they responded to a report of a shooting where 27-year-old Leon, of the same address, received multiple gunshots injuries about his body during the incident.

He was pronounced dead by medical personnel at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital sometime after 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
