Easy morning in Fairchild Street

It has been smooth sailing thus far in the Fairchild Street Terminal.

Although there are less than five buses in the yard at a time, the school buses are coming on time, leaving no long intervals of waiting.

Buses from the Alleyne School, The Lodge School, Derrick Smith, Queens College, Ellerslie and Challenor School have all come on time.

However, there is not much activity in the terminal. Students from various schools are trickling in but there are so few, that some of the school buses have left empty and others had less than ten schoolchildren.

An official from the Transport Board said all the school buses have come on time, adding that only the St George Secondary School bus was running late. (SB)
