Fatal collision off Mighty Grynner Highway

A 27-year-old St Michael man died in an early morning accident just off the Mighty Grynner Highway.

Mark Gill of Strathclyde was the sole occupant of the black Mitsubishi Evolution which collided with a tree around 12:55 a.m.

He was travelling in a northerly direction towards Walmer Lodge when the car veered off the carriageway and landed on its side, police said.

Gill died on the spot.

Police investigations are continuing. (PR/SAT)
