Coach: Pride can do better

BARBADOS PRIDE topped Zone A of the Colonial Insurance Super50 Cup but coach Emmerson Trotman feels there is room for improvement.

After completing the group stage with six wins from their eight matches with an impressive seven-wicket victory over Canada at the Conaree Cricket Centre in St Kitts and Nevis on Saturday, Trotman stopped short of giving his team full marks.

“I would grade my team at eight out of ten. We lost a couple of games that we should not have lost. We have got to understand that when we have a team under pressure, we have to dominate and complete the job,” Trotman told CWI Media. (HG)
