Two charged for killing tattoo artist
More than a year later, police have charged two men for the first murder of 2019.
Charges were officially laid against 22-year-old Brian Oneal Hurley of Brathwaite Gap, Sion Hill, St James and Andrew Ramon Watson, 27, of 6C Field Road, Wildey, St Michael.
They are accused of murdering tattoo artist Shaquille Toppin (below).
The 24-year-old was shot 16 times and died outside his home at Danesbury, near Retreat Road in Black Rock, St Michael, around 9:55 p.m. on January 8, 2019.
Hurley and Watson are scheduled to appear at District A Magistrates Court tomorrow. (PR/SAT)
