Queen’s College are the new champions of the Coca-Cola Barbados Secondary Schools’ Football League Under-16 Knockout Competition.

The Husbands, St James school ruthlessly obliterated Christ Church Foundation School 8-0 in a one-sided final on Wednesday evening at the Usain Bolt Sports Complex.

QC’s skipper Ethan Squires led the way with a hat-trick and was ably assisted by a brace from forward Khalil Vanderpool-Nurse.

Dominic Small, Justin Griffith and Jordan Bryan added to Foundation’s misery as QC gained redemption for their narrow loss to Deighton Griffith Secondary School in last year’s final. (NM)
