Talma: Fishing a way out

Windsurfer Brian “de Action” Talma is using his organic tourism concept to help sustain the Silver Sands community in the midst of challenging circumstances. 

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading across the world and now present in Barbados, Talma’s kite, wind and paddle surfing business, as well as his apartments have now closed down. 

This has left his staff without jobs and he has now turned to fishing as a means of generating income and securing food for the community.
