UPDATE: Two stabbed, one beaten in attack

Police are continuing investigations into an incident on July 5 where three 17-year-old males were attacked and beaten by a large group of young men who ran away after the assault.

A statement from police said officers from Hastings Worthing Station responded to the incident which occurred around 5 p.m. near the Bay Street Esplanade, Bay Street, St Michael.

Malachi Rollins, of Lower Bank Hall Cross Roads, St Michael received a stab wound to the right side of the back and near the left ear.

Daniel Whitfield, of Maxwell Hill, Christ Church, received a stab wound to the left side of the body. They were both taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Tristan Gill, of Cave Hill, St Lucy, was beaten about the body and was treated by a physician. (PR)
