Two shot at Four Hill

Police are continuing investigations into an incident where two people were shot about 10:20 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, at Four Hill, St Peter.

Reports indicated that a group of men were playing dominoes at Griffith Grocery and Bar when two armed men, one wearing a mask, the other a dark shirt covering his face, approached the group, demanded money and started shooting, according to police.

Akeel Lamar Carter, 28, of Roebuck, St Peter, was shot above the left eye. He is in stable but critical condition.

Shaquir Ifill, 19, of Lot 3, Four Hill Development, St. Peter was shot in the left thigh. He was treated and discharged.
