UPDATE: Family dispute leads to stabbing death

A 19-year-old woman who was stabbed by a young family member passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) on Wednesday morning.

Police say Shaundra Latoya Davidson of Waterhall Land, St Michael, sustained the wounds to her abdomen during a domestic dispute with a juvenile in the family around 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

She was taken to the QEH by ambulance, but died on Wednesday around 11 a.m.

Lawmen are continuing investigations into the incident. (PR/SAT)
