The Ministry of Labour and Social Partnership Relations, in collaboration with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Small Grants Programme of the United Nations Development Programme, (UNDP) will, next week, host the second Capacity Building Workshop for members of civil society organisations which fall under the ambit of the Third Sector.

The workshop will take place Wednesday, November 18 and Thursday, November 19, via Zoom from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Governance and how to increase proficiency in good governance practices among personnel within Third Sector organisations will be discussed.

The primary objectives are to enhance knowledge of the key elements of good governance and to build skills and strategies to successfully implement good governance structures.

Minister of Labour and Social Partnership Relations, Colin Jordan and the National Coordinator, GEF Small Grants Programme – UNDP, David Bynoe will deliver remarks at the opening ceremony at 9 a.m. (BGIS)
